  • KODE Labs launched EnerG, an AI-enabled platform designed to centralize utility, sustainability, and performance data to help real estate organizations optimize costs, improve reporting, and advance decarbonization strategies across enterprise portfolios.

    • Our take: Moving into a competitive position with some of the other utiltiy data platforms, such as Engie, Schneider Resource Advisor, Conservice, EnergyCAP and others. Logical platform approach - grows surface area for currernt and future clients.

  • WellStat was named the recipient of the Commercial & Industrial Market Award from Con Edison for delivering top demand response performance through its automated energy management platform.
